Question
Hi,
I am in the process of trying to find a ballet C.D. with vocal instructions to teach a small class of friends to improve their health and I was wondering if you could recommend any. I haven't been able to find any on the net.
Thanks so much for your help.
Faun

Answer
Hi Faun, I don't know of any. Personally, I would recommend Classical Stretch. (DVD) There is one on http://www.theballetstore.com It is very balletic, coached well, and I think almost anyone would love it. Definitely good for general exercise and health.

If I find any CD's like you want, I'll let you know.

All the best, Dianne
