Hello:

    If a person has a seat in the left field upper reserve, does that person have access to the rest of the park, or is that person confined to that section?  If one is sitting in the bleachers, is he confined to the bleachers?

You have access to the rest of the park, you can wander around if you want, but you can't sit in any of the seats other than your own (at least, you're not supposed to...but if it gets late in the game and you want to move to some empty seats, the ushers usually won't mind).
