Ken Singleton was one of my favorite Orioles when he was in Baltimore. He was solid as a rock and I marveled at his consistency - both in staying healthy and off the disabled list and in continuosly keeping a high batting average. He was an excellent role model for children and I'm proud that he wore the Oriole uniform.
The other three players you mentioned will always hold a special place in my heart because they were Orioles from day one and came up through the organization. But Ken Singleton and Frank Robinson rank right up at the top of my list of players who were traded to Baltimore.
