No one by the name of Andrew Napier has ever played a day of major league baseball, either with the Baltimore Orioles, or any other major league team. However, it is possible that this Andrew Napier played somewhere in the minor leagues for the Orioles at one time. I haven't been able to confirm or deny that. Have a great day.
