Question I have a Topps Operation Desert Storm Orioles card, with Billy Ripken on the front. Is this worth anything?

Some of the cards in that set are worth a lot of money but a common card like Billy Ripken will usually only sell for a couple of dollars. That entire set usually sells on ebay for several hundred dollars and some of the stars will sell for $100-$200. You could offer to put it up for sale on ebay and establish a minimum that you would be willing to let it go for in order to protect yourself. Good luck.
