Question
My husband and I have had a bamboo for about two years in a glass of water. It looked pretty healthy upt until I changed its bowl because it looked to salty and I thought it was dirty. i didn't fill the other bowl with enough water and now the long stem is turning all yellow and the leaves are turning light yellow or brown. How do I try to save this bamboo. I feel its a part of us and would hate to see it die.

Answer
Dear Rachel
Sorry for delay in answer. Your problem seems the matter of root expose. Sometimes when we change the medium or place mostly plants show this type of problem. Just wait for some time and change the water regularly. If possible please add some nutrients in very less quantity.
