Question
How do I know if I need a converter box for my TV?  I use an antenna for signals, but how do I know if my TV is analog or digital?  Do I just wait until Feb 18, 09 to see if I get a signal?  I would like to apply for a converter box if I have analog TV's, but I may have digital.  Is there a test to find out??  Does the op manual tell me??   Thanks,   James

Answer
Hi there James,

Most TV's that are now sold are digital, I do not know since when did you have your TV.
if you have a channel frequency scan feature then it is digital, however other NTSC fixed channel TV's also come in digital.
I do not know what would take place on feb 18, 09, and you are not clear as to what type of box or converter you are interested in.

best regards
