i am Imran Khan a network engineer in a reputed firm and my duty is to monitor the network, bandwidth, speed of downloading and status of multiple ISP.
my problem is that i want some software to monitor the whole problems weither it is demo, freeware or shareware. and if you know about MRTG and how it works then please tell me.

Your objective is best addressed by a NMS, system that provide diagnostics as well as network information.
try agilent or marconi systems
they would have the particular system that would siut your needs.
