hi
i am getting 2 mbps internet leased line from bsnl, but i think my connection speed is very slow when i am working on different process through & downloading files from internet . If it is so what are thr reasons for speed down and how to rectify it and also explain how we can find the utilization of bandwidth.

I'm very sorry for the delay.

I was just wondering, what kind of different proccess are you running trough on the internet?

sluggish connection could mean so manny things, it could be that the provider do not have enough resources to meet subscriber needs, or it could be just that the proccess requires a large sequences of protocols, or a poor network connections.

you have to let the Service provider know your problem, beacuse they are more in the position to exactly determine the source, and resolve your problem.
