Bankruptcy Law/Asking for motion to incur debt

Question
Hi,  I saw the answer you gave the previous person who asked about getting a mortgage while in a chapter 13.  I would like to know how to do this without an attorney.  My attorney removed herself from me and so I need to file it myself.  I am in a 100% repayment plan and will have had perfect payments for 12 months in March.  Where can I find the form?  I have scoured the internet and come up empty.  Thanks.

Answer
There is no form per se, but you need to draft a motion to request permission to purchase the home.  Usually, you have to put the terms of the loan in the motion, and state your income and show that the payments will be feasible.  Show the court how it is reasonable and necessary, and the judge should grant your motion.
