Bankruptcy Law/13 dismissed in two weeks-options?

Question
My sister filed a chapter 13 two years ago for her house. She hasn't made her regular payments and it will dismiss in 2 weeks. She can't pay what is owed. She was told that the house would go back to the mortgage company, but we don't know if we need to get her out of house quickly or not.

Answer
Once the case is over, or if the mortgage modified the automatic stay before..they would need to complete the foreclosure process before she would have to be out.  Foreclosures take 6-9 months to complete once they start.  She can talk with the mortgage, as they may have other options available as well.
