Question
QUESTION: What exactly is a 2004 hearing, what types of things can a non secured creditor ask, how far back can they seek records if I filed a chapter 7 no asset case this year and the Trustee at the 341 hearing ruled in my favor and has abandoned any interest in my property and states I have no assets.
The only creditor to object is a non secured creditor with a $ 20,000 dollar judgement and no lien against Me.
he showed at the 341 hearing pro San and wanted his lawyer to be able to represent him, so another 341 was scheduled and neither party showed for the 341 2nd hearing.

Thank you!

ANSWER: a 2004 exam can be pretty broad, as long as it is relevant to the case, the debt, or anything related.
