Question
I lost 3 houses to foreclosure. I live with my partner, drive his car for work, have almost nothing to my name other than money owed both of us for title work for title co we run together, self employed . I am being threatened by NCO, the only one after me for a deficiency. Do I file to make nco go away, no others after me?

Answer
That is a call you need to make.
You need to look at your income/expenses to see if it makes sense to do so, look at your consumer debt.  I would recommend you speak to a local bankruptcy attorney to help clarify your situation and weigh the pro's and con's
