Bankruptcy Law/Ch 7 Bankruptcy - Amend

Question
What exactly do I need to do to add  old bills to my Ch 7 bankruptcy?  I'm
doing this on my own with no attorney (long story!).  I've mailed out letters to
each creditor  stating my intent to add them to my bankruptcy.  I have typed
out a Certificate of Services which lists all the new creditors and their
addresses. I filled out a Schedule F? form listing the new bills.

Additionally, other than requesting my 2006 and 2007 tax forms at the last
341 meeting in Dec, my bankruptcy is completed.  I stated verbally to the
trustee at the last 341 meeting that I'd like to add some bills.  He told me I
had 90 days to get in the information that he  requested and to amend the
bankruptcy.  What exactly do I need to do at this point to finish this up?

Answer
If your case is still open, you need to file the amended schedules with the bankruptcy clerk.  This is normally done electronically.  So, you should contact your bankruptcy court clerk's office and they can tell you the exact process.  You need to file the schedules, and usually have to give the clerk a mailing matrix on diskette.  There is a $26 fee to amend schedule F.  The clerk's phone # is on your 341 meeting notice.
