Question
thinking about canceling chap 13 what will the creditors do that i have filed on? Also will they make payment arrangements with me? I am current on my house payments. I live in MI.Can i file with a legitament credit counseling agency?I have paid into the pan now about 3000.00. I am sure that will pay the attorney and the trustee. I am very confused not knowing what is best.

Answer
If your chapter 13 case is dismissed, then the creditors can pick up collection action.  You should then contact each creditor to make payment arrangements.  You need to discuss the ramifications of dismissing your case, as it is usually in your best interest to complete your bankruptcy.
