Question
Is there a way to have a judgment removed from credit report?  We filed bankruptcy but it is still on our record.

Answer
The fact that the judgment occurred will stay on your report 7-10 years.  The bankruptcy removed your responsibility for the debt, and the lender cannot collect on it.  Therefore, you won't be able to remove it completely, but it should be zero'd out or showing that it was included in bankruptcy.   If they placed a lien on your home, you need to make sure your attorney stripped it off of the title if possible.
