Question
I filed chp 13 in Aug 2007. I did not surrender my tax refund for 2008 simply because i didnt know i had to. I got a letter for lack of feasiblity, so what does that mean now?

Answer
It sounds like your chapter 13 plan is not feasible...meaning you do not have enough income to pay into the plan to complete within 60 months, based on your plan requirements.  Speak with your lawyer (or Trustee if you don't have an attorney) to help you out.
