Bankruptcy Law/Reaffirming a mortgage

Question
I filed CH 7 two years ago and decided to keep my house I have made every payment on time but a recent review of my credit report did not include my mortgage payments. I contacted my mortgage company Wells Fargo who advised me that I did not contact them to reaffirm my loan and that it was my responsibility.  I then contacted my lawyer who said it was up to the mortgage company to contact them to reaffirm the loan.  They have pointed the finger back and forth and I don't know who should of put the process in place to reaffirm the loan.  My question is is do I have any options of how to have my loan payment history to appear on my credit report with out having to refinance my loan because I am afraid that no one will refinance me because of the bankruptcy.

Answer
At this point, the only way to get 'credit' for your payments is to refinance and start on a new loan. Since no reaffirmation was filed (they are not required) you aren't getting the credit for payments, but the lender is letting you make the payments so you may keep your home.
