Question
If a vehicle is repossessed 2 days before filing, Can you get it back and include it in your bankruptcy?

Answer
Sometimes, you may be able to have the lender give the vehicle back if you are filing chapter 13 and paying it through the plan.  They will require the repo fees and storage costs to be paid as well.
The lender is not required to give it back though, but they usually will.
