Question
i had to refile my bankruptcy, last 2 times was because of loss of job and then divorce,this time I have a new job and got back on track, I have been paying my mortage on time and the trustee,but because I couldn't prove I did my state taxes it was dismissed, my lawyer tells me I cannot refile,but I want to save my house,what can I do?I live in PA.

Answer
If the court issued a bar on refiling in the prior dismissal order, then you have to wait until that time period passes.  Even if you could file again, you'd be facing very high scrutiny and the automatic stay that would normally apply in a case to prevent creditors from continuing with foreclosure or other collections activities would not be automatic and you'd need to convince the court to extend it.
