Question
I missed 2 payments in my 13, but am going to make a double payment in September. Will the trustee file a motion for non pay without giving me a chance to catch up payments? Is it an automatic dismissal or will I be notified of anything? I will be caught up in September. Please help. Thank you

Answer
I have no idea what the policy of the Trustees and Judges in your jurisdiction are, but in most cases, there shouldn't be any problem with the scenario you describe.  Even if the Trustee filed a motion, you'd have a chance to oppose the motion, and by then you would be caught up anyway.
