Bankruptcy Law/Judgements that wheren't included in ch.7

Question
We had filed chapter 7 and several judgements where not included before the discharge. All of these debts where incured before the filing. What can we do now to have them discharged?

Answer
If the case is open, you can just amend the schedules to add the debt, and send notice to them.  If the case is discharged and closed, then you need to bring a motion to reopen the case to allow the amendments.  If there is a lien on your home, it isn't that simple. You would then need to bring a motion to avoid the judgment liens -to the extent that they impair your state exemptions.  Talk to your lawyer to see the process here.
