Question
Dear Mr. Leeders,
My husband filed chapter 7 bankruptcy. Now he has received a letter stating Notice of Motion To Sell Real Estate. I need to know if I should get my own attorney and is there anything that can be done to get out of this mess. Our deed is Tenancy by the Entirety. His attorney has been no help to me. What can I do besides find some money?

Answer
it sounds like the trustee may be trying to sell the home to get to the equity in the home.  now, you can look to refinance the home, pay the trustee the money he would have received, and you may be able to keep the home.  There are several options, so you may want to seek out your own attorney and /or talk to the trustee.
