Question
Is if possible to file a personal chp 13 if I own a small business?

Answer
Yes, but you need steady income flow to make the chapter 13 work.  You would also want to keep an eye out for the debt limitations of a chapter 13 depending on what type of business you have, and if you have any personal guarantees on the business debt.  You should speak to a local bankruptcy attorney to help plan the case to protect your business interests.
