Question
I recently had chapter 13 approved and had my hummer taken back.Courts have instructed me not to take out loans such as buying a car.As I do not want to walk is there a way to get auto loan that is not reported to anyone thus not made public to credit report agencies etc? Thanks for your time.

Answer
If you purchase a vehicle for cash, you do not need to do anything special with the court.  To finance something, you will need to bring a motion to have the court approve the deal since all of your finances are tied into the case.  Speak to your lawyer about what you will need to show the court to get the vehicle loan.  Generally 'reasonable' and 'necessary' are the key words involved.
