Question
My chapter 13 was just dismissed and I filed a chapter 7 in 2004 can you tell me when can I file a Chapter 7 again?

Answer
If you received a discharge in your prior Chapter 7 case, you cannot receive a discharge in a subsequent one filed within 8 years of the filing date of the last one. So the answer to your question is some time in 2012 (you didn't provide the exact date of the prior filing).
