Question
I go to school at computertrainng.edu in Towson Maryland and they are all but bankrupt. They let all staff except the trainer go. They are in negotiations with the bank to allow the trainer to "teach out" the rest of the session. My question is if they do go bankrupt is there any way of getting my tuition back or a portion thereof? Thank you for your time

Answer
That depends on what chapter of bankruptcy they file, the value of assets available for liquidation, and the amount of other claims ahead of you and in your debt class.  There's no way to know at this time, but I wouldn't count on getting any of it back.
