Question
Can I go to the window in the morning to cancel my bk 13 or is it a process?

I had an existing superior court case due for trial feb. 18th and I do want to go through with this long awaited trial for me to get possession of 1 unit of the 4-plex I still own before it is foreclosed!

Is there anyway to get it cancelled tomorrow??

Truly,
Sandee Scher

Answer
You need to file a Motion to Dismiss your case.  Your attorney will know how to do it.  I doubt the court will sign the order by tomorrow morning though.   If you don't have an attorney and your case was filed in the Central District of California, you can get a copy of the Motion at http://www.cacb.uscourts.gov/ then going to Forms/Rules/General Orders, then clicking on local rules and forms, then again on local rules and forms and select form F3015-1.18.
