Question
Assuming you have met the reqt's and have filed chapter 7, one or more of your creditors ( unsecured consumer debt) have NOT been willing to charge-off I assume they file for " reaffirmation " of that debt. Does the lawyer help you work out a payment arrangement?

Answer
Not sure I understand your question.  What do you mean that they're not "willing" to "charge-off"?   Given your facts, you should receive a discharge of all unsecured debts.  Are you saying that this particular creditor is objecting to the discharge of their debt based on fraud?
