Question
Am in a Ch.13 in mass now.  Unable to make mortgage pyts so our house will be foreclosed on.  Still making ch.13 pyts.  My question is, if we dismiss the ch.13 by not making their pyts what happens to the previous judgements we were protected from under the plan?  While waiting 6 months to file will we have to worry about having wage garnishments?  Thanks for ur help

I'm not sure I understand your question.  Are you dismissing your case or converting it to Chapter 7?   If you dismiss, then yes, any judgment creditors can take whatever collection actions are allowed under your state's laws once the case is dismissed.
