Question
I live in Maryland, I started off with a chapter 13, later converted to chapter7, there were some debts that I tried to included when I converted to the chapter 7, that were not allowed and I just found out it meaning chapter7 was filed as secured win I am on day way from being homeless, I own nothing, but owe everything. by the way I filed all this myself and of course I f--k up. Can I redo the whole chapter 7

Answer
Your best chance is to bring a motion to reopen the case to file a statement of after acquired debts.  This is a form to list all debts incurred after the ch13 was filed.  You cannot file a whole new case unless your chapter 7 was dismissed, since you can only get a chapter 7 discharge every 8 years.
