Question
I sign and the lender sigen and file a reaffirm paper with the court.  Now they sent me another set to sign with a higher rate stating they made a mistake.  Do I sign the new one and if not what will happen court date 8/3/09

Answer
If the reaffirmation agreement was filed with the court, you have the argument that the new terms will control. I am not sure what court date is coming up, if it is your 341 meeting, then the creditor is unlikely to appear.   If the creditor did not file the reaffirmation, then they can ask for the correct one to be signed.  Talk to your lawyer about your situation.
