Question
I went under bankruptcy process and i have been discharged already couple months ago.I singed reaffirmation agreement on my car and now i can't afford it.I know that If i will stop making the payments they will come and take the car.My credit history is bad already! What else they can do it?can they take me to the court for the remaining balance?I am aware of the collection on my credit history, but I don't owe anything they can take.please help.thank You.

Answer
They can collect on the balance after they repossess it and sell it at auction. They can then sue to get a judgment and garnish wages if you don't pay the deficiency balance. Because you reaffirmed the debt, you are on the hook for the balance. Sorry.
