QUESTION: i am in bk 13 all credit car one use car can trustee take my tax refund direct from IRS.

ANSWER: If you are paying less than 100% to unsecured creditors in your Chapter 13 case, most courts will require you to submit any tax refunds during the course of your case to the Trustee in your case.  Here in the Central District of California this provision is actually put into the plan confirmation order.

QUESTION: Thank you but please i would like to no will trustee take direct from IRS my refund or when i recieved it i send to trustee how this work all i have credit cards and one use car in plane.

Answer
I don't think the Trustee can take it directly from your tax refund, but I have no idea how things are set up in your court, nor have you provided any information on where your case was filed.  You need to consult with a bankruptcy attorney in your jurisdiction for further details.
