Bankruptcy Law/Schedule F question

Question
I live in Oregon.
I am filling in schedule F for a Ch 7 BK.  I am putting down a mortgage for a home that went to my wife's ex-husband as part of their divorce decree, since it still shows up on her credit report.  Should I check any/all of "contingent/unliquidated/disputed"?  And should I leave the amount of claim blank, or put in the balance that is showing on the last credit report we have?
Thank you so much!

Answer
mortgages that are securing real estate go on schedule D. You would mark that you want to surrender it on your statement of intent.  It is not contingent/unliquidated/disputed, do not check the box.  put the current balance as the amount. put the address of the property under the description of the collateral.
