Question
I see from a previous question an attorney can put up a motion to avoid lien if the lien is still on the home. My attorney is no longer in business and i have a lien on our home. where can i get the form, for WA state to take and file at the courthouse where the lien was initiated.

Answer
You need to file a motion to avoid the judgment lien in your bankruptcy case if it impairs your homestead exemption.  The court will issue an order, which you then can record on the title, and send to the attorney who obtained the lien to issue a release of lien.
