Question
had a house two year ago foreclosed on..have been unemployed for 12 months..I draw unemployment.my bank account was garnished 3 days ago I got a letter saying I have a 68000.00 dollar judgement they have attached my checking..ok I will close my account at the bank.I have nothing but a paid for car I live on my unemployment. should I file bankruptcy or just live with a judgement..Is there anything else they can do to me...thanks

If you don't want to spend the rest of your life living on a cash basis and hiding from your creditors, bankruptcy is definitely an option you should explore.  I suggest having a free consult with a bankruptcy attorney in your area.
