Question
If I file for bankruptcy will I lose my house.  I don't have any equity in the house and my payments are up to date.

Generally if you are current on your payments and you have no equity in your home, you should be able to keep your home if you file for bankruptcy. You should be able to keep your home as long as you continue to make your payments. If you need further information on bankruptcy you can go to:
