Question
In a non community property state, will I have to disclose my wifes sole savings/checking accounts and there balances in a ch 7 BK?

Answer
Yes. The means test requires disclosure of all household income.  You would list her income for the 6 months leading up to your case. You can deduct a portion for her marital adjustment (to cover personal expenses not otherwise included in the household budget) to show what her contribution to the household is.
