Question
I am about to file bankruptcy but my husband doesn't want his truck taken away, if we file bankruptcy they will take it, right? But we can leave it out and they won't? I didn't know if there was any way to include the vehicle but keep it, I guess it's just being greedy but I don't think we can afford it any more but we still need it, help please!

Answer
Whether you can keep the vehicle depends on how much equity it has, what exemptions you have available under your state's laws, and a number of other factors.  You need to consult with a bankruptcy attorney in your State for more information.   You cannot omit the asset from your bankruptcy papers.
