Question
My wife and I signed a seperation agreement in January 2006.

She is now filing bankruptcy for debt that she agreed to pay.  I know that she cannot have this debt discharged and I want to know if there is a case on PACER that I can refer to for the objection documents that I can mirror.

Answer
You would need to file an adversary proceeding in her case to object to the dischargeability of the debt. Each jurisdiction varies as to the caselaw about this, so you should speak with an attorney to assist you in preparing the objection.  Keep in mind that you have a deadline to file objections, it should be noted on your bankruptcy notice you received.
