Bankruptcy Law/Credit report shows "balance amount" blank after bankruptcy.

Question
Thank you for your time in advance. My Experian credit report reflects the "balance amount" BLANK on several (qty 7) accounts discharged under Chap. 7 bankruptcy in 2004. Should I dispute to make the amount reflect $0.00 or does it matter at all in the end?

Answer
Unless a potential lender brings it up, I think you will be fine and don't need to do anything.  You could call Experian to see how they report a debt that has been discharged....perhaps thats how they do it.  It won't really be a big deal either way.  The fact that you filed and are done with the bankruptcy is the most important.  Thank you.
