Question
I just started this process to protect my home(in CA). While I was in my Trustee Meeting today (341 mtg), I received a phone call that I had a buyer for my home(which has equity). What do I do now? How do I cancel BK13 and what costs will I owe if any? I am very new at this.

Answer
You can voluntarily dismiss your case at any time if it wasn't previously converted from another chapter.  Your attorney can assist you with that.  However, be very sure that there are no pending foreclosure sale dates on the property, otherwise the foreclosing creditor could sell the property before the buyer purchases the home.  The better and safer thing to do would be to do a motion to sell the property in your chapter 13 case.
