Question
I want to know can I get off Bankruptcy. If I find a company to pay off my debt in full.I know that you are a Bankruptcy Lawyer and you need the business. But right now it's hard to stay in the chapter 13 plan. My husband and I pay 960.00 a month. This company payments are much cheaper a month. what should we do? Or can we do this?

Answer
I am not your bankruptcy attorney and have no vested interest in whether you stay in bankruptcy or not.   If your question is whether you can dismiss your bankruptcy case, the answer is yes.  You simply file a motion to dismiss and unless there are extenuating circumstances, it is usually automatically granted.
