Question
I have a house that is much needed for repairs. Can I apply for a Home Improvement Loan with Chapter 13? what can I do? Is there a way?

Answer
If you are in a CH .13 case you need to get court approval for any new loans.  How that would play out depends on the Trustee in your case, local rules in your jurisdiction and the Judge in your case.  Your attorney would be able to better advise you.
