Question
thanks, I'm recently divored, disabled, recieve ssi, have few funds left, lots of debt including house with no equity, only real asset is a motorhome which i'm going to have to live in if i file chapter 7, will i be able to keep the motorhome to live in ? thank you again for an answer

Answer
Patrick,
This would depend on the value of the motorhome, and your available exemption in your area to protect a homestead or motor vehicle. Speak to a local bankruptcy attorney and they can best advise you of what can be protected in bankruptcy. Thanks.
