Question
I filed bk 13 prior to my sherif sale date. My morgage of $4007 a month was a lot but I was hoping to get renters to help me out but its not working out bec. I have to be up front of my situation to renters and they backed out at the last minute prior to moving in. Overtime at work almost non existent now. Do I have to pay onother BK payment or do I have to pay additional payment to convert? What is the time frame in between convertion?

Answer
If you want to convert your case, you would file a notice of conversion.  Keep in mind, you have to complete another means test budget analysis when you convert, and any assets that are unexempt are subject to liquidation in Chapter 7.  You would not have to pay any more to the trustee once you convert to Ch7.
