Question
If a credit card company wins a judgement against me in court
today, and I file chapter 7 in february, can I claim the judgement
on my bankruptcy? If they do win the judgement, how long does
it take for them to be able to file a writ with the courts to collect
on the judgement?  Please help!  

Answer
Yes, a judgment is dischargeable in a chapter 7 bankruptcy (assuming that's what you meant to ask) unless they obtained a fraud judgment against you.

How long it takes a creditor to execute on a judgment depends on the laws of whatever State you live in and how aggressive they are.
