Question
When do you have to stop using a credit card before filing, 90 days?

Answer
if you plan on filing, you should stop using the credit cards immediately.  Creditors can object for recent usage within 60 days of the case being filed, 70 days for cash advances or luxury goods purchased too.  Talk to your bankruptcy attorney to best plan when to file your case.
