Yes the Bible does talk of illegal forms of acquiring wealth in the Gospel and the writting of Paul in his Epistles.

Infact, the First commandment begins with "Thou shall have no other Gods before me" Ex. 20

Clearly stating that we make many thing our Gods and acquiring of money through indecent and unfair means could be easier and tempting.

Also, where is your treasure there will your heart be also.
